Jamila C. Gray is an actress, filmmaker, artist, and disc jockey, most known for her role as Bri in the film, “On the Come up”. (2022)

After spending her youth as a thespian, Jamila found joy in storytelling and knew that she wanted to pursue acting as a profession. She made her first short film in 2017, to complete her senior portfolio, which ignited her flame for writing and producing. In 2019, she founded this production company in efforts to scratch her creative itch. Over time, it has become a platform to allow marginalized groups to see themselves authentically portrayed on screen, and bring other independent filmmakers together.
